A charitable individual, James Landers created the Landers Youth Foundation in St. Petersburg, Florida, to help disadvantaged youth in the area. Also a volunteer football and baseball coach for the North East Bandits, James Landers contributes 400 hours every year on average to the Landers Youth Foundation. Some of his duties with the Foundation include transportation, financial assistance, and mentoring for more than three dozen young people since the establishment of the foundation in 2009.
Before Landers started his career as an Account Manager at the NCR Corporation, where he spent nearly a decade, he attended the University of South Florida, ultimately obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During his undergraduate career, he belonged to the student government and the Phi Delta Theta fraternity and received several
mentions on the Universityâ€™s Deanâ€™s List. Presaging his charitable activities in his adult life, James Landers also earned community involvement awards during his time as a student.
