Quality Control and Project Management Philosophy JAJ’s Management Philosophy is a simple, effective approach. As construction methods and technology have progressed, we have melded these new dynamics into our philosophy, yet the essence of this methodology remains the same: “Identify the best people to direct, manage, coordinate, expedite and inspect the work, while maintaining open lines of communication with the owner, design professionals, and contractors.”
