The core part of this design is to incorporate the simple and luxurious kind of villa with spaces used properly all over.

SECTION

It is a 4BHK villa for a family of 3 kids a father and mother. It was designed to give private space for each kids on first floor while the master bedroom will be on ground floor. RESIDENCE

The façade has been treated in such a way to give contemporary richness on exterior finishes with vertical and horizontal projections.

NEW HOUSE

PROJECT CLIENT - Mr. SAKTHIVEL YEAR - 2017 (ON GOING) VENDAN ASSOCIATES

The user wanted a simple faรงade with the attractive forms. With the thought of creating such faรงade, three colors were used which helps in highlighting the elements and projections. Windows were treated with the projections and painted with orange color. The outer shells has been treated with rough finish and the balcony space where highlighted with the simple black iron handrails and exposed bricks were fixed on the bedroom wall

BRIDGE RUA DE OUREM

CLIENT - GOA STATE INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LOCATION - PANJIM, GOA YEAR - 2015 RAHUL DESHPANDE ASSOCIATES, GOA

Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) has envisioned a fourlane bridge over the Rua de Ourem creek, which will connect EDC Patto Plaza to Neugi Nagar and provide an additional entry and exit into the city.

Once the project is completed, around 30-35% of the traffic could be diverted to the new bridge, easing pressure on the other entry points.

Assigned to Complete the 3D model of this 103m-long bridge. The design of the bridge will include an arch inbetween and will have a special corridor in the middle for services such as water pipeline, sewage line, high tension electrical lines, telecom and street lighting.

The new production warehouse along with the office space incorporates: - Central air-conditioning - Fully tiled floor and walls up to 6' - Pre-plumbed electrical, water and compressed air connections Worked on this complete 3D models and optional office layouts in detail with drawings

It was a 45 x 72 mtr warehouse that can hardly console the activities of industrial production

Office space which has been interconnected to the warehouse to support the supervision on production. Designs will be programmed from the office zones

This park has been proposed inorder to utilize the negative spaces under MRTS bridge near the Buckingham canal which has been used by tresspassers as a public pathway.

SILK PARK GROUND FLOOR CIRCULATION

Kancheepuram town is also known as Silk City since the main profession of the people is weaving silk sarees. The silk weavers of Kanchi settled more than 400 years ago and have given it an enviable reputation as the producer of the best silk sarees in the country. About 75% of the Kanchipuram population is dependent on the Silk Saree industry, either directly or indirectly. The Silk industry is entirely made up of Handloom weavers and merchants.

Only road with direct entry to the site is 100ft road which is on west side of the site. Roads need to be proposed inside the site for better access to stadium.

There are trees & significant vegetation towards the eastern end of the site.

The structural form is inspired from ice cubes because it randomly changes its shape from solid to liquid & vice versa. The theme 'Reformation' is used in order to redefine the site which is located opposite to Vandalur forest hills and also to relate it with the IT professional peoples.
