01 INTRODUCTION


OUR BRAND

Do you wish you could bite, scratch, claw and consume human brains? Do you feel the need to moan and groan whilst slowly dragging your decomposing body behind you in the search for more brains? Do you have the intense desire and hunger for human flesh? well there is such a place you can do that.....Brain Dead! Brain Dead is an annual event that celebrates all things Zombie related, whether you are interested in learning what really happens behind the scenes on your favourite shows, how the zombies get their gruesome looks, perhaps you are wondering if you could survive a Zombie apocolypse or just want to run around avoiding a hoard of flesh eating, brain squishing corpses?, then Brain Dead is the total experience package for you. This one day event is the worlds largest multiple Zombie themed event and has everything an enthusiast could want all in one area. Brain Dead features special guest speakers from hit show The Walking Dead, make up artists, film makers, specialty stalls, Zombie themed food stalls, Cosplay competition, a realistic Zombie survival environment and the biggest attraction of the day being the infamous Zombie Run. Once the gates shut and all the zombies are eliminated, Brain Dead hosts an apocolyptic night party at a local venue where registered guests have a chance to Zombie shuffle the night away.

THE LOGO

The Brain Dead logo is the most valuable element in our brands visual identity. It suggests who we are, and should always be reproduced in a cosnsitent manner and its integrity maintained always The primary logo used in formal representation of the brand.

The primary logo used in formal representation of the brand when a full block coloured background is unavailable.


LOGO COLOURS

The Brain Dead logo has four colours cyan, magenta, yellow and orange. These are the only colours that can be used and are only to be used as one colour not as multiple colours per logo. When colour reproduction is not possible, the black version and the reversed version can be used.


CLEAR SPACE

The clear space, which is identified by the grey lines is defined by the height of the bone symbol situated in between the fingers of the hand icon. Encroaching this clear space is permitted as it does not allow for the best representation of the brand.

The Brain Dead logo has a minimum size requirement for both versions of the logo ( without the surrounding box & with the surrounding box). The logo must never be smaller than this requirement as it will no longer remain legible or recognisible.


COLOUR

Brain Dead’s colour palette consists of four main colours and is best used on a solid block coloured background using the four main colurs or black and white.

TYPEFACE

The primary typeface for Brain Dead is Museo Sans with the secondary typeface being Adam. Museo Sans is to be used for all material realting to the Brain Dead brand. Adam is best used for headings. No other typeface is to be used in conjunction with the Brain Dead brand.

Do not alter the Brain Dead logo in any way, as this will detract from the brand identity.

HAND ELEMENT

The hand element used in the Brain Dead logo can be used as a graphic element where neccessary. It may be cropped, scaled to any size but mustnt be stretched, rotated, added to, put with any other element other than itself or used innapropriately. When colour reproduction is not possible, the black version can be used.

BUSINESS CARD

The official Brain Dead business card, which is available in all four colour ways.


LETTERHEAD

The official letterhead, which is used for all formal communication. The letterhead colour scheme is one colour but of any of the four colour ways. When colour reproduction is not possible, the black version and the reversed version can be used.


COMPLIMENT SLIP

The official Brain Dead compliment slip for offical formal communication.

MOBILE APP

The Brain Dead app is available on ios and Android devices. The app works in conjunction with the Brain Dead events and have interactive features, news, updates and connect with all social media networks.
