Verve to take annual Which? Car Survey Online London, 9th December 2010.
Which?, the UK consumer association, is taking
one of the UK’s largest annual surveys online. The Which? Car Survey is the UK's biggest car reliability and satisfaction poll, surveying over 60,000 Which? members on what owners really think of their motors, and the dealers who sell them. 1 Up until now, the survey has mainly been conducted by post among Which? members. By moving the survey online, Which? is looking to increase the scope of car makes and models covered by the survey, and invite non-members to participate. In addition, having the survey in an online format will create a more user-friendly experience for participants, and create efficiencies in data collection and processing.
Which? will invite members from
Verve-managed online community, Which? Connect, and other sources, plus advertise the survey through additional media outlets. In a year when car industry has been under considerable economic pressure, coupled with a raft of safety concerns, the 2011 car survey will provide essential guidance for consumers to make the right car purchases.
