SITE: 369 KING ST W., TORONTO, ON PROGRAM: MIXED-USE CAFE/RESIDENCE DESIGN STUDIO I | WINTER 2018
The intent of this project was to design a modest café and family residence within the urban context of King St W, in Downtown Toronto. Designing with the King St Pilot project in mind, the design was directed by a connection to the context of the street while also standing out to the public to attract them to come in off the street to enjoy a coffee and art.
