Being a part of JECRC, how do you think it has evolved as an educational institution in the present world? In the present scenario, it is the college which is giving the best results in our state. Being a private setup, we spend what we earn so our comparison is not there with any other college. We are one of the colleges that are affiliated to RTU and I think we are doing great things. We have a very strong impact having a large no. of students. Being the coordinator of first year I will try to add more to JECRC's glory. In the coming years, we'll have more feathers in our cap.

Describe your teaching style and philosophy. How do you adjust your style for the less motivated students? I think my style is to motivate the less privileged students because I know that the students who are good can manage things on their own .My concentration is always on those students who are not so good at communication or who are not able to get what I am speaking in English or Hindi . This is a challenge for an teacher to motivate the students who are at lower I.Q level or a lower confidence level

You are running a group named Parijat. Tell us

something about it . In Parijat we discuss a lot of things. Our priorities, our goals, our vision is very broad. We do talk about literature, language, human values, civil society, rights of the under privileged, educational philosophies and good pieces of literature. We concentrate on strengthening our inner selves which is required at the time of a difficult situation . I train them in such away so that they can contribute to the growth of the country. Name Parijat is itself very important .Why I like parijat is because it is a flower which falls to ground with the sunrise. So we can learn from it's politeness.

JECRCians have proved themselves in these campus placements. What is your vision regarding it in the upcoming years?

things that call for international market, not just for placement .This is my ideology.

What are your interests and how do you spend your leisure time? I don't have leisure time. Family requires time, students require time so my leisure is to interact with my students. But if I have time, I would like to read good books of Indian culture, thought , history and lot of things related to my own subject .

My priority is not to get them placed but to groom them in the right kind of professionals with true professional attitude. Same time a human touch, a very good flavour for languages, culture and a lot of things Placement is not a one day goal to be achieved. I feel if we train them in such a way that they are good at technical skills, aptitude, conversational skills and co-curricular activities then no company would be able to deny our student .We'll not call any outsider to do so.We all are highly professional and qualified professors, nobody else can deliver better than us. A student should learn
