A great way to do lunch creatively is by putting together a Mason Jar salad meal. Start with your dressing at the bottom of the jar (this is key so your salad doesn't get soggy!), then load in veggies, beans, meat, nuts, grains, fruit, or cheese and finish off with fresh greens on top. The seal of the mason jar keeps all your fixings intact and ensures that your salad will taste fresh and delicious when you pour it into a bowl when it's finally lunchtime.

Creative combos to try: Caprese: arugula, orzo, fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette

Southwest: romaine, quinoa, black beans, corn salsa, avocado, monterey jack, cilantro-lime greek yogurt dressing

Asian Noodle:

mixed greens, soba noodles, red bell peppers, edamame, carrots, sesame seeds, peanut dressing

Summer Berry: baby spinach, pecans, strawberries, goat cheese, raspberry vinaigrette
