Specs: Under Construction / New York City / 5,000 Sq. Ft. Scope: Architecture / Interior Design Rodeph Sholom Day School at W. 84th St. formerly had steep entrance stairs that were difficult for parents to get young students up and down. With the gutting and renovation of the basement and 1st floors the opportunity was seized to relocate the main entrance to street level and also create a new canopy as signage for the formerly non-descript facade. This project is to create new office spaces for The Landmarks Preservation Commission of New York City. Four floors of existing city offices at 253 Broadway are being gutted and renovated to optimize light, ergonomics, and aesthetics. 3 RODEPH SHOLOM SCHOOL WEST 78th STREET

Specs: 2010 / New York City / 12,000 Sq. Ft. Scope: Architecture / Interior Design / Sustainable Consultation Rodeph Sholom at W. 78th St. is a gold rated LEED project that added new classrooms, offices, and gym space to the school's existing adjacent campus. On the site of the new building an old townhouse was completely demolished except for the historic facade. A new building was then crafted that maximized space, light, and views for the school's new program. 1/ New classroom space with maximized views to central courtyard 2/ Custom millwork reading steps 3/ New gymnasium 4/ Rendered section through the eight floors of new construction 5/ New glass facade and planting wall with roof garden and campus courtyard below

Specs: 2012 / New York City / 16,000 Sq. Ft. Scope: Construction Management 38 East 76th Street is a high end residence located on the upper east side of Manhattan. The project took two existing townhouses and combined them into one single-family residence. Mr. Marsh's areas of focus on the project were managing the scheduling, fabrication, delivery, and installation of the project's major vertical elements such as stairways and elevators. He also managed all of the project's glass walls/railings and the zinc exterior envelope for the top floors. 1/ Custom fabricated steel stair with gradated perforation pattern 2/ Zinc cladding at upper floors 3/ New custom steel spiral stairs with continuous glass railing

Varies Per Unit Scope: Architecture / Interior Design The Community Provisional Residence (CPR) was a winner of the "What if NYC..." design competition held by New York City for STEP 1 STEPredeployed 3 2 post-disaster provisional housing ideas. STEP The CPR is to be deployed, repackaged, and as need be for multiple STEP 4 emergencies. All modular parts are shipped in their own pods which then become structural elements of the assembled unit. 1/ Perspective and section of assembled three bedroom unit 2/ Floor plans and unpackaged pods for two bedroom and three bedroom units

Scope: Architecture / Interior Design The Wooster Group is a progressive theatre company based near SoHo. The idea behind the new building was to create a modern facility for the group while letting the facade function as signage to draw in new patronage. 1/ Front facade perspective 2/ View of interior lobby PODS Specs: 2001 University of Kansas Student Project / Kansas City / Sq. Ft. Varies Per Unit Scope: Architecture / Interior Design PODS are a modular housing system originally designed to revitalize the vacant lots in the west bottoms district of Kansas City Missouri but in fact could be deployed anywhere. The individual units would be implemented in both residential and office use. 3/ Front facade perspective 4/ Acrylic and vacuum formed model of typical installation
