COSTA In Costa Rica the phrase “Surf and Turf”, besides being a delicious plate of lobster and

steak alluding to the sea and to the pasture, can also be used to describe a unique activity you can do and enjoy in one single day: So to speak, you can have your surf (or paddleboard, kayak, waverunner, etc.) in the morning, and just a few steps away from the shore, have your turf or “green” in the afternoon!
