TIPS ! 1. Do not feed old paper sheets to your printer (especially crumbled or perforated sheets) 2. If there are lines on the paper or the image is pale – maybe it is time to replace the drum 3. Using color laser machine print monochrome papers at black/white regime – thus unnecessary color toner usage is being avoided 4. Do not install not verified applications to your browser (toolbars, plug ins). The ones you actually need are very few - (Adobe flash active X, Google toolbar, QuickTime player etc.) 5. Restarting a program or Windows often fixes non-responding applications 6. Give Save/ save as to your work often. If a certain application stops working you will have a fresher copy. 7. Do not send emails bigger that 8MB. Most email clients do not accepts bigger emails. To be sure that your email has been sent properly – up to 4 MB. 8. In your correspondence do not upload too many files and do not sent to too many recipients - often this will be regarded as SPAM. 9. The periodical cleaning and defragmentation of your computer makes the life of the operation system longer (this is done by professionals). 10. Do not lift or carry your laptop holding its display – hold only the main body (with the keyboard).
