The idea was to combine different life-styles without interference and above all ensuring the adaptation to the advantageous location of the site, close to the city but surrounded by countryside. In the end a permeable frame, organized in stripes and generating two different kinds of streets, directs the views and the path to the river and a big park that rounds up the proposal.
