Executive Summary Sindh Graduates Association is working since around half of the century wherein 81 active branches are engaged with community development and welfare activities. It was observed that the SGA members do perform allot of activities in different sectors at a time, actually it is their passion and commitment they perform but most of the activities need skills and relevant experience. Feeling this kind of lacking , the SGA management decided to train volunteers to enhance their skills they need to utilize while performing activities on SGA platform. In the pursuance of such decision a list of professional trainers was finalized and their availability was made confirmed. In the comparison of first workshop few new topics were added and included more professional trainers.
