We identified that in the automotive after-market services vertical, the independent and multi-brand auto garages are generating employments and after-market service revenues amidst many challenges. We wanted to offer an automation solution to digitally enable these multi brand auto garages and auto businesses that can help them provide the same bespoke services that an OEM offers. This resulted in building the auto garage CRM product. The AGCRM is helping independent and multi-brand Auto garages connect better with their markets and customers and it also enables them in their digital transformation of their business by getting them techno updated with smarter services and better relations with their customers. The CRM platform offers a host of other features such as Vehicle service history, Client records, Job card automation, cost estimates, inventory management, alerts and notifications, warranties, FC, insurance renewal reminders, OBD alarms, setting up social media campaigns and various service packages – all in one go. ITK facilitates the auto business owners through its initiatives of offering best in class product development such as the web-mobile apps that they have built using Zoho platforms such as Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator and that can be integrated with other 35+ Zoho products and 3rd party products. The apps are built not only for the after-market service industry but also the sales and other diverse operations that are challenging by itself without an automation. We see a strong commitment from ITK team to offer affordable and meaningful automation to the technicians, garage owners, auto businesses and the general public as well.”
