URBAN DESIGN METHODOLOGY...


Urban planning in a city helps to represent strategies and operations so that the main users (citizens) have a developed life and a high quality of life. The identification of the conditions and the diversity of factors present in the Municipality is essential to plan their development in harmony with the environment. Some of the main objectives for a positive urban development program: Achieve the creation of quality urban spaces. Recover and create green, recreational and public space areas. Avoid construction in areas that present danger, flows and landslides.

Programa de Desarrollo Urbano Sustentable del Municipio de Puebla. Norma Técnica de Diseño e Imagen Urbana de Puebla: Que el artículo 29 fracción IX del Código Reglamentario para el Municipio de Puebla establece que, son obligaciones y atribuciones de los Regidores entre otras; IX. Vigilar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones normativas aplicables, disposiciones administrativas y circulares emanadas del Ayuntamiento. Ley Federal de Responsabilidad Ambiental: Artículo 5o.- Obra dolosamente quien, conociendo la naturaleza dañosa de su acto u omisión, o previendo como posible un resultado dañoso de su conducta, quiere o acepta realizar dicho acto u omisión. Reglamento interior de la SEMARNAT: De acuerdo con el artículo 71, fracción XII, del Reglamento interior de la SEMARNAT, la PROFEPA debe “Denunciar ante el Ministerio Público Federal los actos, hechos u omisiones que impliquen la probable comisión de delitos contra el ambiente” Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente: Es reglamentaria de las disposiciones constitucionales en lo relativo a la preservación y restauración del equilibrio ecológico, así como a la protección del ambiente en el territorio nacional y en las zonas sobre las que la nación ejerce su soberanía y jurisdicción; sus disposiciones son de orden público e interés social y tienen por objeto propiciar el desarrollo sustentable. Ley General de Desarrollo Forestal Sustentable 2001: La presente Ley en su artículo 5 indica que la propiedad de los recursos forestales comprendidos dentro del territorio nacional corresponde a los ejidos, las comunidades, pueblos y comunidades indígenas, personas físicas o morales, la Federación, los Estados, el Distrito Federal y los Municipios que sean propietarios de los terrenos donde aquéllos se ubiquen.
