Arctic Panorama Lodge Located at the heart of Northern Norway’s fjords, the remote Arctic Panorama Lodge is a superb boutique retreat, surrounded by mountains reflecting in the Arctic Ocean. On a short break at this island lodge, choose to simply relax in the quiet of the wilderness or to book optional excursions to explore the snow-covered landscape. After dark, watch for the northern lights from the lodge’s panoramic windows.

Itinerary Ask a Regent Norway Explorer to pre-book optional excursions Day 1 Fly to Tromsø | Fly to Tromsø direct from London Gatwick and transfer to the Arctic Panorama Lodge for a three night stay. A remote 4-star retreat, the lodge has six cosy double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully licensed bar and a common room with a roaring fire and large panoramic windows facing the fjord and mountains. Day 2 Uløya Island | Relax in the common room or pre-book optional activities to explore the surrounding wilderness. Perhaps choose an exhilarating three or five hour husky safari. Drive your own team of dogs across the Arctic tundra or sit back in the sled and let an experienced guide take the reins. It is also possible to enjoy this excursion after dark as the magical northern lights dance overhead. (B) Day 3 Uløya Island | Embark on another optional adventure, perhaps choosing to

explore the Arctic landscape by snowmobile. Drive yourself or sit as a passenger with an experienced guide and enjoy incredible views of the Lyngen Alps and surrounding fjords. Alternatively opt for a snowshoe trekking experience and walk to a bivouac for incredible views over the surrounding islands. In the evening perhaps relax with a drink from the bar in front of the panoramic windows and await the northern lights. (B) Day 4 Uløya Island to UK | Spend the final day relaxing in the quiet of the Arctic wilderness or pre-book an optional excursion. Perhaps choose to take a boat trip to the Lyngen Alps. Travel on a 29-foot cabin cruiser with a skipper-guide and admire views of the surrounding mountains bathed in blue light. In the evening transfer to the airport for the direct flight back to London Gatwick. (B)
