HISPANIC HERITAG On October 24th, the HEAT hosted the tenth annual Hispanic Heritage Celebration presented by PepsiCo and supported by Florida Blue and FOX Sports Sun at Miami Senior High School. During the event, in recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Miami HEAT Charitable Fund happily presented a $50,000 check to Kiwanis of Little Havana and Amigos for Kids. Over 300 children were treated to a variety of activities hosted by the HEAT Experience and HEAT players Chris Bosh, Goran Dragic, James Ennis, Udonis Haslem and Josh Richardson. HEAT Legend Alonzo Mourning was also in attendance, along with Burnie and the HEAT Dancers. The field-day inspired event included a ton of fun games, including a basketball clinic in support of the NBA’s first ever Jr. NBA Week. Antonio Lorenzo, Kiwanis of Little Havana President, was on hand at the event. “We couldn’t have made it this far without the HEAT, and as you can obviously tell by the noise around us and the smiles of the kids, this experience has been priceless for them,” he said during a break from the festivities. “You
