Message from the Head of School, David Monk I World would like to thank all Cup who were involved in organising country tables, who spent time supervising the Scholar's tables, or who cooked a dish for the International Family Food Fair. Also a huge thank you to all of the performers on the day. This was my first food fair, and I had heard so much about the event that I didn't believe that it could possibly live up to all the hype... well, it did! It really was a joy to see all parts of our community come together to celebrate their countries and cultures. It really brought home the wonderful cultural diversity of our school and our community. Of course, an international education amounts to more than food, flags and festivals and must be based upon developing genuine inter- cultural understanding and global awareness, but their should also be no underestimation of the importance of creating that space to celebrate each and every nationality that we have within the school.

Re- enrolment A kind reminder to all parents that our re- enrolment for the next Academic Year, 2018- 2019, is now open. We kindly request you confirm or decline your child?s place by using the link in the email we sent to you at the beginning of this week no later than March 31st. This will secure your place for 2018- 2019, or help us provide you the necessary help moving to your next destination. If for any reason you have not received our email with link and instructions, please contact our admissions officers rdanaf@islqatar.org or fsayegh@islqatar.org.
