MISSION AND DRIVE Mission:
Executing on-time, superior services that exceed expectations while creating partnerships with our customers and employees. MCI has a Quality Management System that is ISO 9000 compliant, with goals of becoming ISO 9000:2015 certified by no later than 2020. This upgrade will enhance partnerships by bolstering customer confidence in our ability to provide quality manufacturing, and surpass expectations.
Provide training and experience in manufacturing for inmates, and those who have been reintegrated into society. We employ over 80 workers with 90% being inmates and those reintegrated into society. By working for MCI, inmates have the capability to provide for their families and pay their fines. Those serving life sentences, have a chance to give back to taxpayers. The inmates who complete their sentence discover far more job opportunities from years of experience and training at our shop. Every customerâ€™s order received enables inmatesâ€™ responsibilities that improve job skills, as well as building a robust work ethic.
The ways to use this logo that best benefit the companyâ€™s unity and professionalism would be to gravitate towards darker grays and changing the whites and blacks while keeping the blue itâ€™s consistent light shade. Using dark gray/black with the white logo and light gray/white with the black logo.
Do not use other colors such as (red, green, yellow, purple, etc.) Do not use light gray/white with the white logo. Do not use dark gray/black with the black logo. Do not change the shade or hue of the blue parts of this logo Do not change the font of this logo.
MARKETING MATERIALS This dog tag is for the employees, for every year they serve the company, they get a star cut out of the tag. The tag has the logo and a hole for a chain.
