Ramadan Bid for an astroturf at INA

Dear parents, As you may be aware, we are unable to use our multi-use games area (MUGA) during adverse weather for health and safety reasons as the surface becomes very slippery. The academy is currently in the process of submitting a bid to Sport England to replace the surface with a 3G floodlit astroturf all weather pitch. As part of the bid, the academy needs to demonstrate a high level of community use. Given how popular our sports hall is for external lettings, we are confident that the floodlit astroturf will be highly desirable for external use. We are therefore asking for your support. If you are, or you know anyone who may be interested in letting this facility outside of school hours, can you please e-mail the school office info@ isaacnewtonacademy.org. We have also set up a petition which is available for signing in the school office. Thank you in advance for your continued support. Dave Beattie (Head of PE) and Helen Chamberlain (Finance and Resources Director)
