The Association of Irish Composers is proud to support our colleagues in the Irish Composers Collective in their 10th Anniversary year. We wish them many congratulations and all continued success.

The AIC is the representative body for Ireland's professional composers. We work with national and international bodies to promote Irish new music, to defend composers' interests, and to create opportunities for our members, connecting them with our partner organisations around the world.

The Royal Irish Academy of Music is a central voice in promoting Ireland’s cultural and educational agenda, contributing to the shaping of a modern, innovative, inclusive country for which the performing arts is a resource of inspiration and value. With a distinguished history of more than 160 years, our on-going inspiration is found in our students, the commitment and expertise of our staff and in our meaningful partnerships with other stakeholders. • Located in the Georgian Quarter of Dublin, as a neighbour of Ireland’s key cultural institutions such as the National Concert Hall and the National Gallery of Ireland, we are part of a creative and confident cultural community which offers RIAM students a range of exceptional performance opportunities. • The Teaching Staff includes many international and national prizewinners, members of the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and many individuals whose names have become synonymous with music education in Ireland. • Our reputation resonates nationally and across the globe through the work of our students and alumni who demonstrate musical performance and composition on the world stage at the highest level. • As an Associate College of Trinity College Dublin, RIAM students graduate with an internationally-recognised degree and play their part in TCD’s vibrant student life. We welcome applications for the following programmes: Bachelor in Music Performance Bachelor in Music Composition Bachelor in Music Education Master in Music Performance Doctor in Music Performance
