Iris Care Group has a couple of key policies, which are accessible on the system and can be accessed following the steps below.
Through the Employee Self Service (ESS) homepage, you can select on either the Employee or Staff Handbooks. The handbook will be loaded once you have selected the handbook you wish to view
The Softworks Information Database, or SID, is available to provide you support if you are unsure how to execute a process or have any questions about how to use the system.
In the bottom right corner of your screen, you will see an icon named ‘SID’. If you select this icon, it will open a text box for you to type in your request
Next you will need to enter your question or process you wish to have information on (such as ‘Create Roster’ or ‘Change Password’)
The database will provide you with a list related to your request. If you select the request, a step-by-step guide will be presented. A lot of instructions also contain a video tutorial
There is the ability to customer customise your system view within Softworks to make it more personal to you.
Select the user the user icon in the top right corner of the dashboard, this is circled below. You will then need to select the blue ‘Customise’ button from the dropdown options
Once you have selected ‘Customise’, you will be presented with the screen below. You can then change the colours of the tiles or the background effect
