Carefully analyzing functional aspects of my projects, gently working with architectural styles, based on current construction technologies, materials and taking in consideration environmental impacts, I am creating elegant and sustainable architecture. BARREN LANDS 2011 - 2013 NURSE’S STATION Brochet, Manitoba Architect: Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc. Building addition & renovation project with building area of 790 sq.m. Responsibilities: Project Manager Preliminary design, design development & working drawings. Completed tender phase and I am now providing contract administration services during construction.

RCMP WOLLASTON LAKE 2010 - 2012 Wollaston Lake, Saskatchewan Architect: Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc. Addition/Renovation to existing RCMP detachment. Responsibilities: Project Manager Preliminary design, design development, working drawings, tender phase and contract admin during construction.

RCR MUSEUM 2009 - 2010 London, Ontario Renovation and restoration of the existing RCR museum. Architect: Barry Padolsky Architects Inc. & Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc. Join Venture Responsibilities: As a part of the design team I was actively involved in preliminary drawings & design development, working drawings & code analysis, tender docs preparation & project coordination, client consultation and contract administration.

Responsibilities: Project Manager throughout all the design stages: Preliminary drawings, design development, working drawings, code analysis, tender set preparation & tender phase. Associate Architect: James Kacki Architect Planner This 48,000 sq.ft. building contains high security facilities, offices, garage, public and service areas. Responsibilities: As a part of the design team I was actively involved in preparation of contract documents.

Preliminary drawings, design development, modeling, working drawings, code analysis NORBERRY-GLENLEE COMMUNITY CENTRE 2007- 2008 Winnipeg, MB Architect: Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc. New addition to existing community centre c/w new building, gross area of 11,600 sq.ft. Responsibilities: As a part of the design team I was actively involved in: Code analysis, preliminary drawings, design development, modeling, working drawings, project coordination.

TONY ROMA’S RESTAURANT New Construction Winnipeg, MB Architect: Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc.

2007

New restaurant with 7,000 sq.ft. of floor area and 880 sq.ft. of patio. Responsibilities: Project Coordinator. Project coordination, code analysis, preliminary drawings, design development, working drawings, tender set preparation, tendering.

44,100 sq.ft. (4,100 sq.m.) warehouse expansion with office spaces and renovation of the existing building. Responsibilities: Project Manager. Project coordination, preliminary drawings, design development, working drawings & tendering. Participated in contract administration.

2006

A 5,490 sq.ft. (510 sq.m.) modular building that contains 4 cells with necessary facilities. Responsibilities: I was actively involved in preliminary drawings and preliminary code analysis, design development drawings, working drawings and project coordination.

YORK LANDING FIRST NATION NURSING 2005 - 2006 STATION AND NURSES' RESIDENCE York Landing, MB Architect: Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc. A 20,450 sq.ft. (1,900 sq.m.) Nursing station with a care centre building and a residence building. Responsibilities: Participated in preparation of contract documents.

WEST ST. PAUL COMMUNITY CENTRE 2005 - 2006 West St. Paul, MB Architect: Calnitsky Associates Architects Inc. This 13,000 sq. ft. new community centre include a community hall and gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms with movable partitions, office facilities, kitchen bar and canteen daycare and outdoor play area. Responsibilities: Preliminary drawings & preliminary code analysis, modeling, design development and working drawings.
