Une ville ouverte à tous L’offre en logements de Bordeaux Euratlantique sera diverse, sur le plan de la mixité sociale comme des formes urbaines et architecturales. Son ampleur imposera d’être à l’avant-garde en matière de développement durable, de construction, d’énergies, de gestion de l’eau, d’espaces publics… En outre, l’aménagement des nouveaux quartiers se fera dans le respect des villes, de leur patrimoine et de leurs habitants. Une concertation a été mise en place avec eux, s’appuyant sur leur vécu d’usagers. La volonté est de créer une ville aimable, ouverte à tous.

On account of its scale, it will need to be an avant-garde project in terms of sustainable development, construction, energy, water management and public spaces… Development of the new districts will also be done in a way that respects the character of the different municipalities, their heritage and population. Consultation processes have been launched to draw on the experience of the population as users, with the goal being to create a pleasant city that is open to all.
