The HOA received notice regarding the widening of N4 highway for the new intersection just east of our Estate that has an effect on our property, namely the game reserve and the closest property. The HOA is registered as an affected and interested party. We have officially requested detail of how our property will be affected. Correspondence received has confirmed that detailed drawings, once completed by the engineering department, will be provided to the HOA. We are aware that 0,5 hectares of SLHOA property will be required for this road widening and we would like to assure you that this does not affect the minimum 50 hectares for our game reserve permits.
