R the inspired creation of international company, Project Meganom bureau, with Yuri Grigoryan and his team leading the architecture and landscape design. The build unites the scenic seascape, mountains and forestry backdrop with local architectural traditions, harmonising with the natural beauty of the Russian Riviera and its sun-kissed subtropical climate. Located on the Sochi Black Sea coast, the collection includes two separate deluxe villas that feature their own outdoor lounge zones with swimming pool, waterfall and tropical gardens. The location borders the former Royal Gardens and the Presidential Resident Bocharov Stream. This private territory is surrounded by beautiful botanical gardens with pines, oaks, palms and cypresses.
The 61 individual apartments are housed in the new thirteen-storey main club house building, with a shape resembling a windcaught sail.
