It’s hard to believe we’re already in November! The past few months have flown by, and I’ve loved seeing all the energy and enthusiasm you’ve brought to your clubs. Whether you’ve been volunteering, planning events, or simply showing up and supporting your peers, your participation is what keeps our district strong and full of spirit.
This third edition of The Mon-Key is all about keeping that momentum going. Inside, you’ll find updates on our upcoming District Convention, creative ideas for this year’s Governor’s Project, and details about upcoming webinars and a scholarship opportunities you won’t want to miss. I hope these features give you new ways to stay involved and are inspiring as we move through the year. Putting this issue together reminded me how special our district really is. Thank you for all the hard work you’ve done so far and for continuing to ma a positive force.
Yours in service,

THE CHALLENGE
Your District Administrators have a challenge for you! 47 members from MT Key Club attended the Youth Conference in November......now we want each of you to bring 3 new members to DCON, March 29–31! That could give us over 150 people in attendance. Imagine how much fun that would be!!!!!
Attending for free
The cost to attend is the same.....but there’s a chance to go for FREE!!!!! Ask your advisor about Ad Sales to learn how. If they’re not sure, tell them to ask me! Let’s make it happen and fill that room!!!!!!
Organize drives for supplies that homeless people in MT need (account for weather and usefulness)
Raise money from hosting a garage sale, bake sale, etc. to donate to local non profits in your area

Look at the root causes such as addiction/mental health, unemployment, inflation, etc. (you can volunteer with an organization who’s work aligns with the foundation of homelessness)
Like many of you did at Youth Conference, a lot of homeless shelters need help with things like cleaning, preparing food, and organizing supplies
