Recommended Method of Sale
For Sale Campaign - Expression of Interest - 6 weeks.
We recommend that the property is placed on the market with no publicly stated price as this will generate the maximum amount of enquiriesand allow us to work with each buyer's needs
Once the buyer’s enquiry is captured, we can then offer a price guide The price guide will be determined by you, and we will provide you with pricing comments from the buyers during the campaign.
In the sale of unique commercial sites and investment assets, we generally experience interest from investment buyers and equal interest from local investors such as the previous offer of $8,700,000
Timing an EOI asks for a genuine commitment in the form of a legally binding offer in writing and a cash deposit as evidence of intent
An EOI sets a sense of urgency, inviting all interested parties to submit their offers as soon as they are ready and allows the flexibility to accommodate varying requirements of prospective purchasers, who are able to submit their offer with conditions attached to suit the intentions for the property
Importantly, an EOI sets the formality of a sale process and indicates the commitment of the Vendor We do not expect that all offers will conform to EOI, however, we will ensure all interest and intent to buy is obtained as part of the process
