Greetings dear one!
I am honored to share this first issue of ‘a Minhiature world’- a Minhiature Magazine edition. I would love to share with you in this expression, to share through words, visuals, prompts, and any other interactive, creative ways to connect with you!

One of my deepest inspirations is to share perspective, to share a bit of my story as a way for others to receive- to receive the notion that there is another way, another option from what we’ve been informed as ‘success’. There is a new possibility to create your dream reality, one that is aligned to your soul’s expression. It is my pleasure to express myself in my humanness, from my soulfull heart, to cocreate beautiful Minhiature moments with you.
To embrace The Art of the Heart and Reign of the Brain
Thank you for your presence and being here with me!
Stay quirky and present,
MinhNguyen

Slowness. Presence. Devotion.
She feels deeply she receives you as you are. she honors your past, sits with you in your present presence, and inspires you to your becoming remembrance
The magic of feminine touch is an art form- a practice of surrender to what is, of tuning into the moment as it is, allowing this to guide her next step
There is such subtlety which can easily be missed- a powerful medicine, often unrecognized for it’s potency, yet deeply experienced in the undercurrents. Her touch evokes emotion, nourishing and penetrating the heart, mind and soul.
The magic of feminine touch is priceless. An undefined value that is limitless, infinite in nature To feel seen, to be heard, to be valued, to be held in reverence To bow to your femininity. There is safety felt in her presence, an unfolding happens in your body. A softness landing in the heart. A bubble of loving presence wraps around you, a nurturing aura, you are able to witness yourself in a pure space
Her gentle touch is not to be taken lightly, for she is also fierce in her lovingly firm expression, a sharpness felt in the honoring of herself
She is the wind, sweeping through with her soft caress. Soon to shift into a new direction, a new version, expansion into spirals, swirling through the forest bushes, a continuum of textures and angles paint-brushing into the ethers
Moving in her own rhythm guided from within, she dances forth with curiosity of the unknown.

Her devotion to beauty, to create, to love is pulsing within, waiting to be released, wanting the explosion to occur. all of the juice, all of the flow, all of the magic. oozing from her soul. She deeply craves the roller coaster of life, the spectrum of emotions, the height of ecstatic bliss, the piercing pain of sorrow, the in- between mundane lulls She embraces it all And yet, she desires to be held, to be protected, to be at ease, to surrender to all that is, allowing for the full blossom, as the next rose petal caresses into existence
This space of intimate expression, to bare naked with all of her scars exposed, all of her cards shown with fear, with vulnerability, with no fucks given.. in complete surrender to what is the moment of NOW.
She is the magic of feminine touch, embodied, ever changing, shifting, evolving

Before words, touch is one of the first human languages, how we experience safety and love. It helps us feel cared for and connected
In a world where many people feel rushed or unseen, a gentle loving touch can slow the mind and relax the body
With my intuitive slow care, deep listening and openhearted attention, we return together to what really matters ~ being present, feeling held, and knowing we belong The pure, innocent and loving moment of the zero point
To be, in our humanness. Human Nature.
By Minh Nguyen

rooted in Zero Point Therapy, combines the elements of gentle caressing touch as well as energy work, massage, and acupressure It is a reminder to slowness and appreciation of humanity and life as it is, as you are
Zero Point, often described as ‘a state of pure being’ is where the energetic field reaches its most still and neutral frequency- the lowest vibrational movement, hence “zero point.” It’s where deep presence, timelessness, and inner stillness naturally arise.
Picture it like the calm eye of a storm or the quiet depths beneath the ocean’s surface. Profound peace. When the body no longer feels under threat, the nervous system softens, creating pure potentiality for healing at the deepest level
This infused approach, can promote energy rejuvenation, bring soul remembrance, reduce pain, and improve overall healing outcomes Your session is uniquely and intuitively catered to your presence
Why do I offer Devotional Loving Touch?

A few breaths to center… To settle into the moment.
My eyelids fall south.
My awareness tunes into subtle sensations- density, energy blocks.
I sit in quiet observation, noticing areas in my body that feel stiff.
A bubble of tightness. The buildup.
A dam where energy has collected contorted, a little pokey pain
I breathe into it
This time, I breathe down into my womb, inviting the release of tension any tightness, discomfort, or the slow digestion of emotion and food alike
My left lower back speaks, where a chronic blob of muscle tension lives. It’s been with me for over a decade scoliosis, tendonitis, compensations layered on top of misalignments.
It’s deep inside
I don’t fight it I sit with it I witness
Sometimes, the pain intensifies first
But with patience, with grace something begins to shift It’s as if the mycelial network within me starts communicating The body’s intelligence begins to make its moves.
I feel myself sinking into safety, into presence, into vibrant stillness.
My energetic body is being heard honored, cherished, held.
And as she is witnessed, she begins to unravel.
Unraveling the posture she’s held for so long the one she shaped to support this vessel, this mushroom-being called Minh.
And then... Release
Sometimes the density relocates felt in another area of the body
The interconnected network responding, unraveling together
Other times, the poking pain dissolves completely Or disperses into a bigger space Or the energy shoots out a burp, a jolt, tingling through the soles of my feet or upward through my crown. A cracking in my shoulder as if something moves back into place.
And then comes expansion. A light tingliness spreads. I feel taller, lifted.
My spine lengthens, my heart opens.
Other times, I melt into the floor. My shoulders soften another inch. A deep sigh escapes me

Over time, my shoulder blade once firm to the touch, bulging to the eye, stiff and unyielding has softened It has leveled out. It has released.
This is what happens when the body is safe enough to listen to itself. To be felt. To be free.

One of my inspirations is writing a book, “Van Living as a Highly Sensitive Person”. I embarked on a 3 year journey of solo full time van living, slow traveling to find community/soul family/core circle, to experience a lifestyle i had dreamed of. I did the build with support! It was such a potent time as I discovered that i’m ‘highly sensitive ’ I’m writing this book to share with others to opt into your joy and living life doesn’t have to be limited because of your sensitivity

I’ve called New Jersey/New York, San Francisco and Bali my longer term ‘home’ bases, in addition to 3 years of backpacking abroad. Now, I’m slow traveling/living to explore new home bases where I can root and settle into a cozy nest, build a magical foundation and create art from my heart!

From the initial impression, I am a calm, quiet and grounded person. I’ve also been told that I’m multi-dimensional, mysterious, flowy, and full of joy. And yes, they are all true! I am adventurous, young at heart, an old, wise soul with quirks that come randomly...such as hysterically laughing at something long after it’s been experienced. I love to explore the beauty in the micro moments of life, when my body flows and just gets moved by music.
One of my dream realities is to cocreate an eco-village. A community of chosen loved ones, where we have space for solitude with proximity for mutual support, aligned in similar values The vision is for all of us to beto play, create art, be in our aligned Self expression, make delicious nutritious meals, connected to nature, and enjoy life 100%!

A magazine is a periodical publication, which can either be printed or published electronically. It is issued regularly, usually every week or every month, and it contains a variety of content.
To create your own, choose a topic that interests you. It can be anything from fashion and beauty to travel and the news. Once you have your overall theme, you can start brainstorming the content. Just starting? Design a memorable masthead with an equally memorable name. What style are you going for? Is it playful? Classic? Bold? A good masthead captures the essence of your magazine, so it needs to be flexible, meaningful, and consistent enough for future issues
Next, think of a compelling feature for your cover story
This will be what draws your audience in Make sure that you have accompanying visual content that immediately catches the eye Appeal to your audience, choose the right fonts and images, and you'll have a magazine that people will remember for years to come.
When you've decided on your cover story, come up with a list of topics for your feature articles. This can range from interviews, product reviews, human interest pieces, and even lists.
