Integral is one of the UK’s leading independent specialist in delivering comprehensive property solutions and Interiors deliver a full range of refurbishment and interior fit-out services across all industry sectors: Integral Interiors is structured and resourced to undertake rapid one-off projects or provide ongoing support services for roll-out programmes, including cost and design planning, contract management and administration and full CDM responsibility.

HUB property management Hub are a multi disciplinary property consultancy that deals with all aspect of property. Our consultancy provides the following services: •

Design (Mechanical, elcetrical & architectural) to both new and existing buildings uncluding feasability studies, planning, building regulations approvals, space planning and design risk assessments. Building Surveying Services, which includes pr-aquisition surveys and reports, condition surveys, maintenance planning, defects analysis, specifications for listed buildings, DDA audits, risk assessments, schedules of delapidations, quadrennial inspections, party wall assessments and closure risk assessments. Cost Management which includes, project and contract management, option appraisals, contract administration, employers agent, value engineering arbitration and capital allowances. Property Management & Development including estates strategy, procurement & disposal of land and property, development appraisals, red book valuations (RICS Registered) landlord and tenant, lease renewals, rent negotiations, telecom leases and licencing

Sub-contractor & Supply Chain Management Integral believe in self-delivery wherever possible and by listening closely to our clients, we have over the past 10 years, developed our own inhouse capability to broaden the scope of services available. These include fire, security and energy management services. Sub-contractors are employed where Integral does not currently have in-house capability and where specialist skills are required. All sub-contractors are vetted and must pass our approval process before being accepted on our Preferred or Approved Supplier List. An annual appraisal of employee training requirements is conducted regionally. Under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, (for larger premises the Construction (Design and Management Regulations may apply) (CDM), the company has a duty to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that it will carry out its activities without risks to its own employees or other persons, for example, contractors and sub-contractor’s personnel, who may be visiting or working on company premises. This will include suppliers’ personnel delivering and installing equipment. Contractors have reciprocal duties to their own personnel and to Integral employees.
