Positive affirmations When you’re feeling down or negative, try saying some positive affirmations. With repetition of these affirmations, your perspective can start to change to thoughts that better serve you. Intention-setting Each morning, set an intention for the day, considering your mind, body, and spirit. What needs attention today? Do you need to set aside time for a break today? Want to take it a step further? Set intentions for your week, your month, or your year.
