1. The Village Marina - Olhão: Village Marina (VM): The Village Marina in Olhão ideally situated right next to the sea and only a 20 minute drive from the International airport at Faro. VM combines architectural style with innovative design and high quality construction. The resort has been awarded an A+, the highest classification on energy certification for buildings in Portugal. This will mean reduced energy bills on these investments.

Village Marina’s Qualifying Properties: We have secured an exclusive deal on a number of apartments within this resort. Each apartment has been heavily discounted with prices of ₏245,000 for a T2 and ₏305,000 for a T3 (see discount details on page 10):

Negotiated Pricing Package for Village Marina: The Deal: We have negotiated an exclusive opportunity for potential buyers on the Village Marina which includes both a substantial discount to the normal sales price and lifestyle benefits taking advantage of all that the Village Marina has to offer. Reservation Procedure: Once a plot has been selected it will be held for 7 days pending the completion of the reservation agreement and payment of the 5% deposit. Once this has been executed, we will send back the signed agreement as a receipt.

Facts on Olhão: Situated on the southern coast of Portugal the Algarve and Olhão enjoy a warm climate all year round with sea water temperatures between 17⁰C to 23⁰C. The Village Marina is directly on the Ria Formosa lagoon with spectacular views out to sea so there’s no chance that someone can build in front of the resort and spoil the view! Olhão is the largest fishing port in the Algarve and is rightly famed for its sea food restaurants, cooking fish that has been caught fresh that morning. The town itself is two hundred metres from the Village Marina along the water front and there is a long, very pleasant, paved promenade with cool gardens (Jardim Pescador do Olhanense) to escape the heat of the sun. The town itself doesn’t have a beach, but regular ferries take day trippers to the other side of the lagoon to the islands where the beautifully clear water, with many species of fish, is perfect for diving and snorkelling. Olhão is definitely a city on the up as far as tourism is concerned, with the Ria Shopping centre with its 3 floors of shops and restaurants and cinema and if that is not enough there are numerous golf courses all a short drive away. Being so close to Faro means short transfer times so you are on holiday before you know it!

Airlift / Airways Frequency: There are frequent flights to and from all over mainland Europe which include the following airlines: TAP, EasyJet, British Airways, Ryan Air, Air Berlin, Thompson, TUIFly, Condor, Jet2, Monarch, Lufthansa.

Traditional Peak/Low Seasons: The traditional peak season for the Algarve is July and August during which you can expect near to 100% occupancy of your investment. The shoulder months of June and September also prove popular with foreign tourists looking for the sun and during the low season there are always visitors looking to play golf or just escape the harsher north European winter.
