I suggest that, if you are new to the “healthâ€? trend, you take it slow. Our bodies will adjust quickly to something that is good for us. But like everything moderation is the key to life! The liver is the organ responsible for detoxification and nutrient processing. It processes carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals from our food. But our liver needs an occasional detox as well‌
