PRECISION INJECTION MOULDING High temperature, high precision moulding on special adapted machines for very low shotweights. PEEK - PAI - PPS - PVDF FEP - ETFE - PFA Standard injection moulding of engineering plastics as PA, POM, PBT, PC, ... even for smaller quantities due to an effective system of tool inserts which reduces the tool-cost.

Very low shot weight machines. Starting from 12 tons clamping force.

VALVE UPGRADING • Modified PEEK (BG4330) valve seats to reduce the friction coefficient at raised temperatures. • PEEK seats with PTFE back ring to avoid leakage over the surface roughness on the back side of the seat. • PCTFE seats for cryogenic applications. • UHMWPE for extreme wear resistance. • Don’t copy your PTFE seats, we will make you an optimized design.
