APRIL 7-10 NEW YORK ANTIQUARIAN BOOK FAIR More than 200 dealers bring rare maps, books, manuscripts and ephemera to the Park Avenue Armory.

April 13-24: Tribeca Film Festival From narrative features to documentaries, independent film has been at the heart of the Tribeca Film Festival since its inception in 2002. The famous fest branches out this year with virtual-reality experiences, including the world premiere of “Invasion!,” an interactive animated film that follows aliens as they attempt to destroy Earth.
