Getting Around Málaga If you come to Málaga these are the places that I recommend you to visit:

The Cervantes Theatre. If you are a lover of the theatre, the Cervantes Theatre in Málaga has a varied calendar which covers lyrics, music, theatrical perfomances and dance shows. The theatre is every year in May, hosting the National Filmfestival. The theatre is situated on Ramos Marin Street, to get there you should catch the bus in the bus stop in front of the high-school " IES Portada Alta" and in around 15 minutes you should get off in "Plaza la Merced" and in front, you will see the Cervantes Theatre.

Carmen Thyssen Museum. The Carmen Thyssen Museum is one of the most important museums in Málaga, there you can see many famous paintings by very important painters. The museum is on Compañia Street in front of "Hotel Tribuna", it´s easy to get there you only have to catch a bus in the bus stop in front of "Carranque" and in around 20 minutes you have to get off the bus in front of the hotel and you will be there to visit this fantastic museum.


Roman Theatre. The Roman Theatre is an ancient and very important monument for the culture of Mรกlaga, there you can go and see plays or orchestra concerts. The Roman Theatre is situated at the foot of the Alcazaba on Alcazabilla Street. To get there you should catch the bus in the bus stop in front of the high- school" IES Portada Alta" and in around 15 minutes you should get off the bus in the Alameda Street and after that you should go straight until you arrive at Alcazabilla Street.

The Cathedral of Mรกlaga. The Cathedral of Mรกlaga is a Renaissance church in the city. It is very popular because the south tower remains unfinished. It is situated on Molina Lario Street, to get there you should catch a bus in the bus stop in front of "Carranque" and in around 10 minutes you have to get off the bus in front of "Mercado Atarazanas" and from there you should go walking straight and in the final of the street you should turn left and you will see the Cathedral in the distance, then you should go straight and you will get there.


Picasso Museum. This is a very important museum in our city there we can see many famous paintings and learn something about the life of Picasso. It is situated on San Agustin Street. It is not difficult to get there, you only should catch a bus and get off the bus in Molina Lario Street from there you only have to go straight and turn right in "La plaza del Siglo" and after that you should go walking straight and when you pass two streets you should turn right and then you will be in the Picasso Museum.

The Gibralfaro Castle. The best observation tower in Mรกlaga is without any question the Gibralfaro Castle. If you want to get there you should take a taxi or a bus and in around 20 minutes you should get off the taxi or the bus on Alameda Street after that you should go straight and when you arrive at the "Plaza de Toros" There you should catch a Bus Tour which take you to the top of the mountain and there you will visit the Gibralfaro Castle and see the city from above.
