There can be several winning combinations of laundry equipment configuration. As a base case, we have taken an Electrically heated set-up which is the most common of all dry-cleaning units. Boiler-driven central processing units require more detailed discussions and we request customers to contact us for the same. Use this only as a guiding document, nothing more.

SECTION 2: WORKWEAR LAUNDRIES Workwear Laundry Facility

Workwear laundry units are becoming increasingly popular for companies to eliminate the high costs involved in out-sourcing the same. The MAGNARAB team has consulted for and assisted operations for large workwear laundries successfully and have excellent product-service combinations to offer to this segment. Low investment and relatively low operational costs have to be achieved in laundry outfits along with creative solutions for sorting and addressing complexities of the internal logistics involved. MAGNARAB can offer solutions ranging from camps of a few hundred guests to massive staff accommodation housing several thousands of employees.

SECTION 3: HOSPITALITY LAUNDRIES

Hospitality -OPL

The set of challenges for an OPL (On-Premise Laundry) in a hotel is unique. Space constraints in the laundry is yet another challenge the Hospitality OPL has to face among others. MAGNARAB, with its hands-on expertise in hospitality laundries, offers solutions right from concept designing, sizing and configuration and engineering assistance all the way through the installation and commissioning and beyond to operational assistance. We specialise in providing bespoke solutions that would equally satisfy the operational, engineering and finance departments of our clients.

I HAVE REGULAR CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IN QUALITY. MY EXPENSES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN REVENUE AND I CANT SEE A WAY OUT. MY MACHINES ARE OF THE BEST QUALITY BUT THESE SEEM TO BREAKDOWN TOO FREQUENTLY. IAM UNABLE TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS THOUGH OUR PRICES ARE GREAT IAM SURE WE HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT-SERVICE PACKAGE BUT I DON’T HAVE ENOUGH CUSTOMERS VISITING US.

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

1. 2. 3.

I HAVE INHERITED A POORLY DESIGNED LAUNDRY AND I HAVE NO BUDGETS. LAUNDRY MAINTENANCE IS TAKING MOST OF OUR DEPARTMENTS’ TIME AND THEIR COMPLAINTS KEEP INCREASING EVERY PASSING DAY. THE SPARE PARTS ARE PROHIBITIVELY EXPENSIVE AND I DON’T KNOW BETTER SOURCES OF BUYING THEM

FINANCE DEPARTMENT

1. ALL I KNOW IS THAT THE ROI HAS TO IMPROVE OR WE’LL SHUT IT DOWN. 2. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO WAY TO HAVE A CLEAR WAY OF CALCULATING COSTS PER ACCOUNT. IF I HAD THE RIGHT TOOLS, I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED FEW CONTRACTS BY NOW. 3. THE ENERGY AND WATER COSTS ARE KILLING THE PROFITABILITY. NEW INVESTORS 1. 2. 3.

I WANT TO KNOW FIRSTHAND, ON WHAT THIS BUSINESS IS ALL ABOUT. I’LL THEN THINK OF WHETHER TO CONDUCT A MARKET STUDY OR NOT. BUSINESS FOR ME STARTS WITH A PLAN. A PLAN SO WELL MADE THAT IT SHOULD SERVE AS MY MANUAL. I MEET TRADERS OF EQUIPMENT ALL THE TIME. WISH I COULD MEET OWNER OPERATORS WHO’D SPEAK MY LANGUAGE. BUSINESS SHOULD MAKE FINANCIAL SENSE AFTERALL

AT MAGNARAB, WE UNDERSTAND LAUNDRIES AND HENCE THE ABOVE DISCUSSIONS FALL IN OUR COMFORT ZONE. WE ADDRESS THEM WITH UNLIMITED ENERGY, ENTHUSIASM.
