t. David’s Toast of the Town, a series of one-of-a-kind parties held in private homes and unique venues around Austin, celebrated its 32nd year in style with a lineup of 20 parties benefiting the St. David’s Neal Kocurek Scholarship Fund, which is awarded to students studying healthcare professions at Texas colleges and universities. This year, the lineup included the first-ever Studio 54-themed party held in a private airplane hangar, “Longhorn

Night with Coaches Smart and Strong”, where UT Coaches Shaka Smart and Charlie Strong entertained over 130 guests with game-day stories at a gorgeous lakeside home, and “A Festival of India”, a colorful evening showcasing the rich diversity of Indian culture, and more. The money raised this year funded scholarships for 55 students, and was matched two-to-one by St. David’s Foundation, for a total of $1.5 million. l
