Caribbean Cruise Line reviews vacation destinations in the Bahamas to include Our Lucaya and Grand Bahama Island. The Bahamas is officially known as the Commonwealth of the Bahamas and is a nation consisting of more than 3,000 islands, cays, and islets so it would be impossible for Caribbean Cruise Line to review all the possible destinations. However, some of the most popular Caribbean Cruise Line destinations include beaches and resorts and shopping locations, so Caribbean Cruise Line offers informative articles relating to these interests. We hope your next vacation is memorable and that you find our articles helpful. Alabaster Beach Also known as Receiver's Beach, this long, white, powdery sand beach extends for more than a mile from the south end of Governor's Harbour Airport. It has easy access, plus excellent swimming and shade. When you visit, you just might decide to spend several days here. If you get hungry, you're not far from the snack shop at the airport. Alice Town Beach This beach includes the entire continuous stretch of sand referred to by the locals as Radio Beach and Blister Bay and has several quiet spots for sunbathing Ben Bay Beach This horse shoe- shaped beach is postcard perfect. The narrow opening to the bay provides protection from rough seas. This is a must see beach. For access to the beach, travel north from North Eleuthera Texaco Service Station towards Spanish Wells. Take 90 degree bend to the left and go a total of 6.0 miles on the dirt road on your right. Big Bay Beach This sandy beach is good for picnicking, sunbathing and shelling. It is located 1/2 mile from L&L Enterprises and just beyond the cemetery. You'll have an interesting walk from the street to the shoreline, plus there is good line fishing at nearby Graveyard Flats.
