CARE & MAINTENANCE MATERIALS - CARE The materials used in the manufacture of all Indian Ocean Collections are carefully selected to meet the highest quality standards. Your furniture has been specifically designed to withstand the elements of life outdoors – all year round. However, regular cleaning and a little TLC is required and does go a long way to ensure the furniture still looks good, even after many years of use. TEAK Teak only needs a little regular cleaning – that’s really all there is to it – but please read on so that you know what to expect…. We select only the finest premium FSC Grade A Plantation Teak. The golden colour and grain of the natural hardwood varies. After about 3 months of outdoor exposure to moisture and sunlight the new wood begins to mature naturally and take on a beautiful and distinctive silver-grey patina.

All-Weather Rope combines texture with technology. The Rope is an innovative blend of two synthetic components resulting in a unique fibre with substantial practical strength. Indian Ocean Rope is water-repellent, chlorine, salt and UV resistant and ultimately recyclable. HPL - HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE Silver-black Grey White Pebble HPL is created by pressing together resins under high pressure and heat, this creates a material which impact resistant and durable. As this is a completely synthetic product it is also completely water resistant, making it ideal for use in Outdoor furniture.

Information Delivery When your order has been processed, the details of your order will be passed to our warehouse. We aim to deliver items we have in stock within 15 working days. If items are not in stock we will advise you of the estimated lead time. The warehouse team will contact you, by telephone, to personally schedule your deliver y. We have our own team of Indian Ocean Deliver y Driver s and offer a specialised deliver y and assembly ser vice of our furniture. We will place your furniture as directed and remove all packaging for recycling. During busy periods we may occasionally use a third par ty carrier to make sure your deliver y is fulfilled in a timely manner. Couriers We use a courier ser vice for the efficient dispatch of parasols/parasol bases ordered separately, cushions ordered separately and other occasional pieces. Lighting orders may also be dispatched by courier. We dispatch courier items using a 48 hour ser vice and we tr y to accommodate specific deliver y dates.

Access Please ensure that we have suitable access to the area in which you would like your new furniture positioned. Some furniture can be assembled on site once access has been made. However, if you have chosen large fixed pieces (e.g Sofa Modules etc.) please measure to ensure that the pieces will fit through your entrance and garden entrance. If we are unable to complete your delivery due to limitations of access then a £50.00 charge will be levied.
