drinking water on August 26 and the event saw 24 ladies from the club attending the talk that was given by Ms. Bianca Hoffman. Ms Bianca’s talk covered all aspects of water intake, it’s importance for the body, how much water to drink and when to drink. The ladies were also given an explanation on the benefits of

Given the importance of hair care, India Club, in association with Dr. Batra’s, invited club members and their guests for a talk on “Hair fall is not a cosmetic but a medical concern” by Dr. Usha Khatri MD (Homeopathy), on September 20. Over 35 ladies turned up for the illuminating talk that covered all aspects of hair care, including tips on hair care that will boost one’s confidence. Dr. Usha Khatri explained the cause of hair fall and how to maintain it and followed her talk with a one-on-one consultation to all who attended. The event ended with a round of housie and a raffle draw.
