The Seasalt chefs deliver seasonal daily specials such “Seared Scallops with local English asparagus, Grilled tuna steak, sea-spinach with Mediterranean Salsa, Cod tongue with chilli and lime salsa – the list goes on. Their son Thomas Curtis and his number two Jules Kirby are in charge of the kitchen, and have spent the last 24 months spoiling the village rotten with the varied and delicious menus they design. This is indeed the home of the White Chocolate and Milkyway Cheesecake! A dish that they dare not take off in fear of a backlash.
Their Sunday lunches are easily the busiest day of the week. With a choice of three meats including perfectly blushing pink beef and belly of pork with salty crackling always adorning the menu.
