for dinner. Their farm-to-table menu was full of mouth-watering selections. I started with the Gulf Coast Oyster Stew, which was incredible. On to the Crab Crusted Gulf Catch for my main course. That should have been enough food, but I was intrigued by the Corn and Coconut Cake, another yummy chef-inspired creation. I then waddled to my room, which was luxurious and so comfortable. After a very good night’s sleep, and coffee on my balcony overlooking the surf and sand, I was refreshed and ready to head home and back to reality.
