I have no time for that, I’m too busy cutting down trees.” The moral of the story is that sometimes young people rush to meet goals without noticing the most important thing: how they are doing it. Young Christians must do their secular job in an efficient and responsible way, but above all, they must do it thinking of God rather than men. This is the only way you can handle the frustration and unfair treatment that may sometimes occur at work. When you remember that work is done for the Lord and that He promises a reward, the heart becomes calm and the attitude changes. Doing a good job is a reflection of our good behavior as believers of God. It must be always remembered that positions, jobs and opportunities are given by the Lord and must be a light in the midst of darkness. punctual and upright in their daily activities, as well as an impeccable role model to other coworkers.” Work among young Christians is one of the highest forms of human growth: it allows our expression and affirmation of individual qualities, the exercise of social responsibilities, the personal and community improvement, the openness and solidarity with the world. “The time given to work should not hinder our communion with God. Everything must be balanced,” emphasizes Reverend Espinoza.
