IMPACTCITY ImpactCity is Europe’s leading impact ecosystem that facilitates entrepreneurs and frontrunners who work on innovations for a better world. The Hague is an engaging, intimate seaside city that brings together people from all corners of the globe to work on key challenges, make important decisions and help build a better world. The Hague is the seat of the Dutch government and it is internationally renowned as the city of peace and justice. To effectively address global challenges, public and private partnerships are formed within the ImpactCity network on themes such as safety, humanitarian innovation, sustainability, renewable energy and food. Together they work, share their knowledge and develop new ideas. Global issues such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) require innovative solutions and The Hague provides the breading ground to bring these solutions to life. The primary goal of the program is to create an optimal climate in The Hague in which ‘impact makers’ are in pole position to tackle social issues. The Hague houses more than 200 international institutions and organizations that are committed to creating a better world. A number which is rapidly increasing thanks to all the entrepreneurs working to combine doing good with doing business. The ImpactCity program helps starting, growing and establishing entrepreneurs with the following 6 pillars:

1 VISIBILITY Make the unknown, known. ImpactCity, the partners and all the participating startups and scale-ups work hard on their visibility to increase awareness and their impact, both online and offline.
2 NETWORK The Hague is investing heavily in meeting places and international cross-over events between startups, governments, international companies, institutions, NGOs, UN, knowledge centers and thousands of small creative entrepreneurs. Our flagship event is ImpactFest, which attracts more than 1200 impact makers each year.
