This is a six storey office complex of approximately 3000sq.ft of usable office space available at every floor. At the fifth and the sixth floor is a long strip of sliding and fixed glass panels which over looks into the sky garden court. These two floors are occupied by the clients and the rest of the floors will be rented out. As the service core towers up along with the office spaces a certain segregation is created between the two main functions. A triple height lobby space with a feature wall with water flowing on it, granite clad walls at the lift lobby, and a reception area are at the lobby.
