Talent Profile: Leader for Logistic Team People in Charge: 4 Team members OC GPA


 Develop, monitor and evaluate the Action Plan Team.  Direct and supervise the OC team's strategy towards achieving the goals in each of the processes performed by each member of the OC.  Reporting weekly report financial, logistical and sponsorship management, the board of AIESEC Javeriana.  Guiding the work of the OC team members.  Manage resources and make effective decisions to meet the financial responsibilities of OC, trying where possible to generate any profit for the LC.  Ensuring the proper documentation of talent management processes at local level, and the development of GCPs documents to share at national and international level.

    

Financial sustainability Success in Logistics (reducing time spent) Have a risk plan (e.g: medical emergencies). Quality of delivered event. Guarantee development to OC members.
