The Hunter Valley Spring is in the air, and the vines are starting to come to life, with Bud Burst the name given when the vine buds start to appear at this time of year. With the weather warming up, now is the perfect time to explore all that is on offer on your doorstep. The Hunter Valley has something to please everyone, so take the time and come and visit. As well as the wonderful wines, the Hunter Valley now supports an olive industry with olive oil and other olive products. You will also find delicious Hunter Cheeses, home made condiments and sauces, chocolate and fudge.
