I met you over 6 months ago when I was looking for an investment property. You LISTENED – I asked all the agents to come with a view of the best way to market my property based on the target market. Some agents suggested every possible marketing medium with no consideration, as ultimately it was more about getting their brand out into the market, than selling my unit. 7. You wouldn’t negotiate on your commission or marketing costs, despite my strong negotiation skills – so I knew I had the right person for the job, as you wouldn’t under sell yourself or my unit. Ultimately, you get what you pay for, and whilst you were not the cheapest, you were worth every cent. 8. And lastly, your professionalism, commitment, enthusiasm, and openness. Throughout the marketing campaign you kept me informed of unfolding events, and our weekly meetings, with your reporting was exceptional. At all times, I knew how everything was going and you answered all my questions, regardless of how trivial.
