Fairview Park: The Perfect Place to Call Home Wellness and fun are all part of our recreational goals of providing first-rate
programming for our residents and visitors alike. Whether you choose our beautiful indoor facilities at the Gemini Recreation Center or stroll through one of our five parks, you will find endless gathering places for you and your family. Stop in the Gemini Center to take an exercise class or rent the spacious pool or a banquet room for your next wedding, shower, birthday party or family reunion. Our dynamic community offers tremendous opportunities to do business as we rest just north of I-480/I-71 crossroads, are minutes from Cleveland Hopkins airport and adjacent to the I-90 corridor. We are home to the Westgate Shopping District, McGowan Insurance Headquarters, West Valley Medical, O’Neill Healthcare, Hospice of Western Reserve, and many businesses that provide our community with a strong economic structure. These advantages, along with our high quality of life, give Fairview Park the small town feel with big city amenities. Our tree lined streets complement beautiful cape cods to large colonial homes for our growing young population. Located at our eastern gateway, the RiverSouth Urban Townhomes are now complete and offer new residents premium views of the Metroparks. A short distance down the street a brand new neighborhood is now under construction with single family homes. This former school site will welcome 18 new families to our city.

Fairview Park is a safe community. Our 25 firefighter/paramedics and our 27 police officers are well trained and protect our lives, children and neighborhoods on a daily basis. They offer important safety programs for our senior residents that include installation of lock boxes on their homes and the Are You OK program that checks on our elderly. More information on these programs can be found at our beautiful Senior Center, located behind city hall. Fairview Park is a vibrant community with excellent schools, quality housing, strong businesses and engaged residents. We are a destination city that families and future generations want to call home. For more information, visit www.fairviewpark.org.
